Participation fee for the ’’BIMUN 2010’’ participants:
- Domestic participants: 3.000 RSD
- Participants from the Western Balkans countries: 60 Euros
(Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, FYR Macedonia and Montenegro)
- Participants from other countries: 75 Euros
For domestic participants the participation fee covers:
- Preparatory seminar in Belgrade (BIMUN Club)
- Reserved post as a delegation member at BIMUN Conference sessions
- BIMUN Conference material, Folder and Badges
- Expert Speakers during the Opening and Closing sessions
- 3 lunches
- Welcome dinner
- Cocktail on opening ceremony
- Refreshments during sessions
- National evening
- BIMUN party
- Belgrade sightseeing (for the participants who are not living in Belgrade)
- Newspaper of the Conference
- Certificate BIMUN 2010
- Awards for the best participants in each of the Committees
The foreign participants are provided with:
- Reserved post as a delegation member at BIMUN Conference sessions
- BIMUN Conference material, Folder and Bedges

Foreign participants are not provided with:
- travel fee
- hotel accomodation
The fee is non-refundable even if you are unable to participate at the BIMUN Conference. Once you have received confirmation of your acceptance, you have to pay the fee as soon as possible. We will send you Payment instructions.
We offer the option for foreign participants to ask the hosts – students from Belgrade for accomodation („BIMUN Hospitality Club“).
All the participants can apply for the means from sponsors in their home countries. If needed, the organiser will provide the applicants with letters of support.
* Only students who are citizens of Republic of Serbia and study at one of the universities in Serbia are considered as domestic participants.
