Aleksandar Ristić - President
Aleksandar Ristić is one of Serbia’s Youth Delegates to the United Nations and a senior-year student at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He is the secretary of his faculty’s legal clinic for environmental law, and this year he was also a member of the Faculty of Law’s team that participated in the “Philip C. Jessup” international law moot court competition, as well as an intern at the National Bank of Serbia. The 2026 BIMUN conference will be his fourth MUN.
Ivan Filip Kovačević - Vice President
He finished double degree studies at Belgrade Faculty of Economics and London School of Economics and Political Science in 2024., followed by masters studies at Johns Hopkins University, where he graduated in 2025. He first atteneded BIMUN in 2020., and in 2022/23. served as Serbian Youth Delegate to the United Nations.
Jelena Ječmenica - Recording Secretary
Jelena is a third-year student at the Ninth Belgrade Gymnasium, specializing in natural sciences. Over the past year, she has developed a strong passion for debate through her participation in Model United Nations conferences, leading to a deep interest in international relations alongside her scientific studies. Beyond her MUN engagements, she is actively preparing two research papers in her core subjects, biology and physics. She highly values connecting with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, always eager to learn about new perspectives. Naturally, she looks forward to new challenges and opportunities.
